Restorative Yoga is an integrating and harmonizing sequence that gives you a chance to catch up with yourself, alleviating stress, fatigue and insomnia.  It is intended for anyone needing to chill out and rest their body, mind, and spirit.  When doing asanas for restoration, we look for a quality of non-action, or rest, in the poses.  Props are used to support the body and assist with total relaxation.  

This class is open to absolute beginners as well as advanced practitioners. Relaxation has stages, and is something one can develop.

Class size will be limited to 8 participants
