Join us at Diosa for a way to reconnect to your hoop and breath. The summer is full of glorious adventures but we all need a moment to center, align and find release. Experience the therapeutic integration of yoga and the hula hoop.
In this two hour workshop, we will:
-Learn various warm ups and intuitive flow exercises using the hula hoop both on and off the body
-Use the hula hoop to support and deepen our Yoga Asana practice
-Explore the use of breath in our hoop flow and dance
Open to all levels of yoga practitioners and hula hoopers, including the complete beginner!
